It's interesting how very differently creators will answer this question. For some creators, video credits are a cheap and easy way to fulfill supporter interests, so they'll offer them as low as at the $1 tier. For others - especially those with huge audiences - end credits become a special option available only to the biggest donors.
It's entirely up to you. If you have a lot of supporters, you might find that giving all of them a shout out takes up a lot of video time. On the other hand, it's an extremely cool way to thank people for backing your content.
