In eighty-nine words: When we decide to build extensions for software, one of the big questions we have to ask is how well our team of like four people can support the extension. For older versions of Adobe - particularly for the now fairly outdated Adobe Creative Suite - there's just no way to be sure that we can keep the extensions running. Software and driver conflicts can pop up in the weirdest places and there's certainly no one at Adobe who will be eager to help us patch an issue in Photoshop CS5.
